THIS PLACE MATTERS
The National Trust for Historic Preservation (NTHP) has created an innovative way for you to showcase the places that matter most to you. Using photos collected from members of the public, NTHP is creating a This Place Matters photo-mosaic. In honor of National Historic Preservation Month, we encourage you to take this opportunity to upload a photo of you and your favorite place.

RHDC submitted this photo, which features the Borden
Building, a Raleigh Historic Landmark, in honor of National
Historic Preservation Month.
PRESERVATION MONTH HONORED BY THE NATIONAL PARK SERVICE
In celebration of National Preservation Month, the National Park Service (NPS) has created a special webpage highlighting historic preservation. The site is intended to promote ways that the NPS can assist with community preservation projects.
